Whatever you thought an accountant did, we do more.
We believe in our clients. We believe in you. We’re here to help.
How We Help Your Fitness Business Grow
What our clients say

“They provide an extremely personal touch to a process that can otherwise feel daunting.”
Keri Bergeron, Evolve Physical Therapy
You’re growing—and things are getting more complicated.
You’ve got a solid business, but the financial side feels scattered. Maybe your bookkeeper is behind, your payroll’s a hassle, or your reports don’t really tell you what’s going on.
We’ll step in and clean things up. We’ll take over your bookkeeping, run your payroll, keep your taxes on track, and meet with you regularly to talk through the numbers. You’ll finally know where your business stands—and what to do next.
You’re the owner—but not in the day-to-day.
You’ve invested in a fitness business, and someone else runs it. You don’t want to be involved in the details—but you do want clear numbers and solid reporting so you know how your money’s doing.
We’ll set up clean financial systems, provide monthly reports, and give you straight answers when something looks off. We’re the behind-the-scenes team that helps you protect your investment and stay in the loop—without having to chase anyone down.
You’re running multiple locations—and the systems aren’t keeping up.
Running two or three locations—or more—comes with more staff, more decisions, and more chances for things to fall through the cracks. You need consistent reporting, better financial tracking, and support your internal team can rely on.
We help you get organized across the board: same process, same reporting, same systems—location to location. You get better visibility, more control, and cleaner data to guide your decisions.
You’re done with generalist accountants.
Most CPAs don’t understand how fitness businesses actually work. We do. We’ve worked with gyms, studios, franchises, and multi-location fitness brands across the country. We know the challenges, we know the numbers, and we know how to help.
If you’re ready for a team that understands your world and can take the financial side off your plate, let’s talk.
You vs. the IRS
Doing your books and paying taxes isn’t fun, but they need to get done or the big, bad IRS eventually comes knocking. You’ve got better things to focus on than worrying if you’re paying too much in taxes, or getting them done right, and on time.
Staying on top of your taxes and making sure you’re paying only what you should – and no more than that – is what we do for you. We’ll put together a tax strategy so you have an idea of where you stand at tax time, so there are no surprises.
Your accountant
You should expect your accountant to return your calls and engage with you: you want to feel connected to them. Having an accountant who is energized by staying physically and mentally fit and makes it a priority in their own life is an added bonus.
Too many people have the stuffy accountant impression. We’re proud to stand up and say that we’re not that accounting firm you’ve worked with in the past – we’re not your father’s accountant. We understand what you’re offering your customers: mental health and well-being.
OUR FEES
It’s our job to bring value to you, every single time, when working with you.
- The value you receive will be worth the investment.
- You won’t be locked into a contract with us. If you don’t see the value we’re delivering every single month, we agree you shouldn’t stay with us.
We’ll start by having a confidential conversation with you to see where you’re at, what you need, and how we can help. From there, we’ll give you a proposal outlining our recommended services.
Our fees typically range from $500/month to $2k/month, depending on the level of work we do for you.

Your virtual, national accounting firm
Wherever you are in the U.S., we can work with you. Location isn’t an issue. If you’re local, we’d love to meet, get a workout in. We’ll leave the tax and accounting stuff for when we’re both comfortable behind our computers.
